HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
FREE standard shipping on orders 10km from Croydon, VIC, Australia.
State-wide standard shipping in Victoria, Australia, is $18. Australia-wide standard shipping is $20. International standard shipping is $35.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
In Australia we use Australia Post to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take approx. 7 business days. International estimated delivery timeframe is approx. 14 business days. These are estimates only and may take longer due to several factors affecting shipping.
Where Is My Order?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries the email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES?
